Adults & Teens

Personalized support for those with ADHD, Autism, anxiety and mood disorders, learning disabilities, or who otherwise struggle with sensory, executive functioning, social-emotional, and self regulation difficulties. Occupational Therapy services are designed to help you explore your strengths and resources and better understand and advocate for your needs so that you can fully participate in the activities you want and need to do.

Feeding

Do you or your child have a limited diet? Have difficulty trying new foods or eat only certain textures or colors? Sensory based food aversions can create additional stress around family mealtimes. Together we will tackle the “Steps to Eating” at your pace in a systematic evidence based feeding approach known as the Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding.

Pediatrics

Understand your child’s unique developmental needs to support their successes at home, school, and the community. Many children struggle with strength and coordination challenges that impact their ability to engage in fine motor and self care tasks from handwriting to shoe tying. Sessions may also address sensory processing and self regulation with a family centered approach to adapting environments and activities to enhance independence.

Groups

Now accepting interest in an adult ADHD/Executive Dysfunction “body doubling” productivity group.

What is body doubling? Body doubling is a productivity strategy to increase focus where a another person serves as an anchor and positive model for the distracted individual who feels more focused by the presence of another person in their space.

Group meets weekly for 75 minutes and includes time for building connection and support, setting intentions for the day, working on your chosen task(s) and celebrating what you accomplished
