How do I start?

If you will be using health insurance to cover the cost of your care a prescription from a physician is required in order to begin occupational therapy services. Starting January 2024 self pay clients may choose to skip this step, however many insurance plans continue to require this for reimbursement. Please reach out to me if you are having any difficulty obtaining a referral/script from your physician and I am happy to help.

What are your Payment options?

I accept the following health insurances:

• Blue Cross PPO

• UMR - in progress

• Aetna PPO - in progress

Out of network- superbill provided

What Happens in the first session?

Our first meeting will focus on getting to know you and your goals so that we can make a plan together that addresses your concerns. If warranted, we may complete standardized assessments to better understand your unique skills and areas for growth. My hope is that you leave with many of your questions answered and feeling energized for change going forward.

Where do we meet?

Meetings are held via a secure telehealth platform for clients located within the state of Illinois.
